What Must Be Included in an S&S GB Declaration?
Carriers (or their appointed representatives) must submit detailed information, including:
- Consignor and consignee names and addresses (with EORI numbers if available)
- Carrier’s GB EORI number
- Description of goods
- Reference number and vehicle ID
- Seal status (or “no seal”)
- Border entry point (port name or HMRC location code)
- Estimated time and date of arrival
- Number of packages and total weight
- Type of packaging and identifying marks
