The Vehicle Booking System (VBS) at DP World London Gateway is part of the fully automated community system developed and implemented by CNS. The system also provides EDI connectivity, inventory control and integration with HMRC systems.

The web-based VBS is available to all registered hauliers and is mandatory for all container collections and deliveries. It allows hauliers to book, manage and amend appointments for drop-offs and pick-ups, with options to make multiple bookings or reallocate containers quickly and efficiently.

Hauliers can register and access it through the DP World London Gateway portal;
